Comprehensive Asset Defense

Protecting an estate goes beyond HVAC maintenance and storm preparation. South Florida is a high-risk zone for sophisticated deed and title fraud. As part of your Lumina Estate Care VIP onboarding, we personally facilitate your registration with the Palm Beach County Property Fraud Alert system. Whether your property is held in a family trust, an LLC, or your personal name, we ensure the county’s digital tripwires are activated to notify you instantly of any fraudulent filings against your title.

Tier I: The Absentee Retainer

Starting at $350 / month

Weekly Inspections: Rigorous interior and exterior walkthroughs.
System Cycling: Running all plumbing and monitoring HVAC humidity.
Digital Transparency: Time-stamped photo logs via the Lumina Portal.

Tier II: The Resident Retainer

Starting at $650 / month

Includes all Tier I services, plus:
Routine Maintenance: Managing HVAC filters, smoke detectors, etc.
Vendor Oversight: Primary point of contact for pool, landscaping, and pest control.

Tier III: The Lumina VIP Concierge

Custom Pricing

Includes all Tier I & II services, plus:
Arrival Preparation: Deep cleaning, HVAC prep, and grocery stocking.
Automotive Care: Engine start-ups, trickle-charging, and detailing coordination.
Secure Access Management: Receiving high-value packages and supervising deliveries.

Capital Projects & Specialized Repairs

When your estate requires specialized repairs (roofing, electrical, renovations), Lumina acts as your dedicated Project Coordinator. Oversight Fee: 15% to 20% of the total vendor invoice. We solicit bids from our private network of licensed tradesmen, supervise the workmanship, and ensure the site is spotless.
