We are a Boca Raton family that walks your home every week and takes care of what we find. When something needs attention, we call your approved company, clear them at the gate, meet them at the door, stay until the work is done, and send you photographs. You coordinate none of it.

What we take care of
Every week. We walk the house, run the taps, read the water meter, the humidity, and the temperature, bring in the mail and packages, and photograph every room from the same spot.
When something needs attention. Your approved company is called the same hour. They bill you directly, and we add nothing to their bill.
Before a storm. A storm readiness plan written for your house, carried out when a watch is issued, with the house photographed before and after.
When you come home. The house cool, aired, and ready the evening you arrive.

No setup fee. Retainers begin at $650 a month, month to month. Introduced by your real estate agent? Your first 30 days are complimentary.
If a real estate agent introduced you to Lumina, we pay that agent’s brokerage $50 when you sign on. Lumina provides home watch and estate concierge services. We are not contractors, property managers, real estate brokers, or insurance agents; owners hire and pay all trades directly.
